Once upon a time, in 2019, I began my Masters in Social Work in pursuit of my goal to be a therapist.
My goal was to advocate for change within the system, ha! After being completely dysregulated by the whole experience and accepting the system will never fundamentally change, I decided to leave the program (full story on this another time!).
For the following months, I spent my time doing "nothing"...and pondering what was next. Admittedly, I was depressed, disappointed, and felt alone in my experience to leave behind all I had invested my life doing. My family was concerned, as I was primarily known as a stellar student, and nothing more, nothing less. A silly cutie perhaps. But I too, did not know what to do next. So naturally, I made one of my biggest dreams come true, adopting a pup!
This was a huge turning point, as it was the start of making my TRUE dreams come true. Now I had a pal, all the time in the world, but...my savings began to dwindle. Eventually, I began to search for a new job in a new field, and researched how to maximize my hiring potential. I focused on *aesthetics*, passing the ATS , and feeling confident when I looked at my resume.
In typical overachieving fashion, I ended up graphically designing 5+ resume templates to use on my search. And that was the beginning of the resume revamp offerings! The Resume Revamp is my most popular offering to date (probs bc most folks don't want to deal with the stress of updating a resume and making it look cute).
Since then, I have not struggled to land a job, and fellow cutie community members who have gotten a revamp with me have also shared their success stories. By success I mean they got a job, grant, acceptance that will increase their financial situation. That is my intention with these career offerings, increasing $ so you can stress less. It is not about being a boss baby or climbing the corporate ladder. Bc the ladder is usually to hell!
The reality is until we have our own organized systems fully up and running, most will likely be working a job as income.
Ideally, folks can funnel their steady income to community causes/people that are building that alternate system infrastructure. Perhaps even building it concurrently, if that is in your capacity. Hopefully, the job you choose is one that inspires positive social impact, and pays you as you need! I do not work with folks applying for any violent community roles (see below for clues)
I created career offerings to ease the very real need for support with institutional navigation and financial transitions. With wellness as a priority!
Landing jobs is related more to strategic communication than personal qualifications. I really hate the culture and saying of it's who you know...its giving normalized incompetence and gatekeeping to basic needs unless you're in "the club". When livelihoods depend on it, that is insane. I have also burned so many bridges as a young firey gorl, and have been just fine. If we work together, you may use me as a recommender!
All to say, I have just the tips n tools to communicate just a PINCH of your strengths.

- Finding a job is vulnerable enough. Revamping your resume has helped cuties feel confident in their search, and ensure they are not under-representing themselves.
- Many have received compliments on their resume at their interviews, it's a vibe.
- Transition Consultations
- For folks thinking of quitting, unsure of what's next, making a career shift, asking for a promotion, resolving conflict (before going to HR--don't bare your soul with them PLEASE).
- Cover Letter
- If there is a specific job you really want to be hired at, I recommend submitting a cover letter. I offer revamped cover letters, too.
- If you want a matching cover letter with resume, that can be bundled.
